Robert Burns is the most famous poet of Scotland and every year fans celebrate with something called a Burns Supper. This year it fell on January 26th. It’s a meal that celebrates Scottish heritage involving poems, drinking, and of course Haggis. I wrote this story a couple years ago in honor of this event.
